Terms of Service
1. Who these terms are between
These terms govern your use of velrix.us.ci and the services and partner programme offered through it. "We" and "us" mean Velrix Studio. "You" means the visitor, client or partner.
2. Our services
We provide custom website design and development, e-commerce builds, AI voice agents, business automation, branding and digital marketing. What is included in any particular engagement is whatever we agree in writing — usually over WhatsApp or email — before work starts.
3. Quotes, payment and delivery
- Quotes are valid for 30 days and are based on the scope we discuss.
- Unless we agree otherwise, projects are 50% upfront and 50% on completion.
- Work begins when the first payment clears.
- Timelines are estimates given in good faith. They assume you provide content, access and feedback promptly; delays on your side move the delivery date.
- Two rounds of revisions are included unless the quote says otherwise. Changes to the agreed scope are quoted separately.
4. Refunds and cancellation
The upfront payment covers work already begun and is not refundable once design or development has started. If you cancel before work begins, we refund the upfront payment less any third-party costs we have already incurred. If we cannot deliver what we agreed, we refund the unused portion.
5. Ownership
On receipt of full payment you own the finished website, its design and its content. We retain the right to show the work in our portfolio and to reuse generic, non-confidential techniques and code. Third-party components, fonts and platforms remain under their own licences.
6. Partner programme
This is the part most people are here for, so it is spelled out in full.

- Commission is released only after the client's payment has fully cleared. There is no advance and no partial payout.
- There is no cap on what you can earn, and no fee to join.
- Payouts are made by bank transfer, PayPal or crypto, whichever we agree.
- You earn commission on a client's later projects and retainers that originate from your referral.
- We may remove a partner who is inactive or who acts dishonestly, or who misrepresents Velrix to a client. In Leads Mode, if there is no result within 3 days we may remove you; genuine progress counts.
- Do not promise clients anything we have not agreed, and do not collect money on our behalf. Client payment goes to us, never to you.
- Partner status is not employment. You are an independent agent and are responsible for your own taxes on commission you receive.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use this site or the partner programme to break the law, to send spam, to misrepresent Velrix, to infringe anyone's rights, or to interfere with the site's operation.
8. Limits of liability
We provide the site "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the engagement in question.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change, and continuing to use the site or the partner programme after that means you accept the new version.
