Velrix Studio ("we", "us") builds websites, AI voice agents and business automation for clients worldwide. This policy explains what personal data we collect through velrix.us.ci and the pages linked from it, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. Contact: ceoofvelrix@gmail.com.
Your full name, email address, WhatsApp number, age, your stated skill, the platforms you use, your qualification, an optional social media link, a description of how you plan to find clients, and an optional referral code. We also record whether you accepted the Partner Terms.
Whatever you send us over WhatsApp, Instagram, email or the enquiry form on the main site — typically your name, contact details, the service you are interested in and your message.
If you accept analytics cookies, we record pages visited, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. See the Cookie Notice. We do not use tracking pixels or sell audience data.
| Purpose | Basis |
|---|---|
| Reviewing your partner application and onboarding you | Steps taken at your request before a contract |
| Quoting, delivering and invoicing client work | Performance of a contract |
| Paying partner commission and keeping a payout record | Performance of a contract, and our legal duty to keep accounting records |
| Understanding which pages work, so we can improve the site | Consent, which you give through the cookie banner |
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising. It passes through the following processors only because they run parts of the service:
Some of these process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where that happens they rely on standard contractual clauses.
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or send it to you in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Email ceoofvelrix@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU and are unhappy with our answer, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and held in the processors listed above under their own security programmes. Access is limited to the people who need it to run the business. No system is perfect; if a breach ever affects your rights we will tell you and the relevant authority without undue delay.
The partner programme is open to people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger, and we delete it if we find out we have.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be announced on the main site.
